Denise wardwell (farmers agent) has done shady and unethical practices to my mortgage needs! She acts in many ways unprofessional. My issues were after ike storm and were too severe to explain in this box. She had been my agent for 5yrs and i never thought she would be as deceptive as she is. It has caused me huge issues with several mortgage companies. I reported her to tx board of insurance. I'm going to sue her and if anyone else out there has a issue and wants to talk...
