Revenge is SWEET! I have just been approved for a VA loan for a new home... Thanks. My old home was bought by me for cash, I needed some repairs so I took out a mortgage it was sold to the people from hell at Fair Banks Capital Corp. Well I live in Ohio and all the storms... Lol. I cancelled my insurance a year ago since the bastards were forcing me to buy there insurance well now they can USE it the storm flooded the house and knocked 2 trees on top it how ya like me now Fairbanks.
Now my lawyer tells me I don't have to sell and they now have to pay for the clean up and demolition of property and I will still own the land it was on got to love pay backs... Ain't it a bitch tele lady from collection and 149.00 late fee guy because I was 3 days late mailing it out cause I work 7 10hr days. Eat this
