They told me I qualified for a Forebearance Loan on 11/17/09 and sold my home anyway even though my first pmt wasn't due until 1/1/10.! They said "Sorry our representative gave you false information."

I filled out the Loan Modification / Making Home Affordable application back on 8/26/09 and they told me to wait until I received a letter/pkg.in the mail before sending any payments. A month later I received a Notice of Foreclosure letter. I paniced and called them asking why they never sent letter and that I had the funds to pay them. I sent in a check for the house pmt. And a month later (Nov) I received the returned check along with another Notice of Foreclosure stating that my home will be sold on 12/1/09.
On 11/17/09, after being hung up on 7 times, I finally reached a representative that took all of my information and told me that I qualified for a Forebearance Loan. She stated that the sale date of my property would be extended to give me a chance to bring account current. Even though I offered to make a phone payment through EFT that same day, she told me to save my money and my first payment of $1,007.35 would be due on 1/1/10 and to send it with the package of documents that she promised would be sent to me in 5-7 days from 11/17/09. I waited a week and called back stating that I had still not received the package and tried to make another phone payment, however they would not accept nor give me information as to why I hadn't received the package. I kept calling every week to check status and/or make a phone payment, however on 11/17/09 a constable served me eviction papers at my home! I don't understand why they lied to me. They actually told me 11/18/09 that they were sorry that one of their representatives (by the name of Evette, Ext. 4995) gave me false information on 11/17/09. How can they get away with this???
I am a single mother of a 6 year old and currently have my mother, step-father and nephew living with me due to them being laid off, and now I am left with no home! I have owned this home since 2002 and now it is being taken from me because of crooks! I want justice! I am supposed to go to Court in Ellis County for this foreclosure on 12/30/09. How can I get funding out of this situation?
