Fannie Mae illegal foreclosure on a current loan, never in default

Bank of America Illegally sold my home at foreclosure short sale, & my loan was not in default.

All payments are current up to the month of foreclosure.

I have proof of all payment from date of purchase.

They are continuously attempting to evict me.

Foreclosure on my credit report has ruined my credit & prohibits me from acquiring a loan to repurchase, or get any assistance.

I have submitted applications since 2007 to Refinance, Making Home Affordable & they seem to loose it each time, & BOA continuously denies me for invalid obscure reasons, and ties up the processing for over a year, prohibiting me from getting assistance from any other company. Somehow they loose my MHA applications for the past several years.

I then got a lawyer and applied for a Principal reduction. BOA continued to say it was in processing, until one day I got a notice telling me they sold my loan to Fannie Mae. Another letter came stating thanks for your payment, but the new loan is escrow & I needed to contact them to make arrangements. Another letter dated two weeks after, informed me my home was sold at foreclosure short sale, & I have two weeks to move out or be evicted.

Now the foreclosure attorney refuses to compromise, & said I must get a loan to buy back my home in full or be evicted.

BOA is ruining my life, threatening my career, and my sanity.

I am an ICU RN, a productive person, paid my bills, and followed all the rules and guidelines they gave me. Why is this company allowed to victimize so many people and get away with it.

Especially when I was current on payments, they took my money up until the day they told me to get out!

Please help me keep my home.
