Unauthorized charges

Authorized charges for $1.99 & (2). 99 charges recieved my credit card statement with unauthorized charges of 79.90 & 19.95 & 9.95 in addition to the 2 (. 99) & $1.97 charge!!! I called & tried to get reimbursement & since I didn't cancel within the 7 days they will not refund monies. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! I NEVER recieved anything from them for these charges Is their anything that can be done?
