Unauthorized Charges Reported to Credit Bureau After Dispute

BP made unauthorized charges on my charge card. When I received the bill, I called and asked that the charges be removed. The next month, the charges were still on the bill.

The charges were finally removed, but I found out that the information had been turned in to the credit bureau.

I closed the accounts because of the unauthorized charges.
