Capital ripoff con-artists took us for all we had SOUTH WEST

Fairbanks Capital has strung us for years to the point where we had to file Bankrupcy. We have paid over 50,000.00 over 3 years and none of it went to the morgage. Now they want another 10,000.00 which we refuse to pay. Now they are going to forclose and take our home. What do we do? They won't send us any statements any more, we do not know where our money is going when we do send it.

There is a class action law suit on this company, and we are on the list. But they are going to take our home before it goes to court. So what do we do. Who do we call. How do we get out of this? We don't want to lose our home. We've been here for 15 years. There must be an answer some where's. Sincerly
