Ripoff stole my home

I am very sad that I lost my home. A persons home is a special place.

During a marriage separation my ex signed over the title to the home. All the while I thought the home was paid off. (My ex had the home when we married). Fairbanks Capital sent paperwork that said the home was in foreclosure and to pay 15,000 or they would sell home. Obviously I did not have that kind of money so I filed bankruptcy. However they sold my home anyway. Had always thought that bankruptcy protected a person. But it has been 2 years and I still dont have the answers.
