Umwilling to cooperate even after the settlement. Ripoff!

Fairbanks bought my mortgage from New Century.in the past three years have have threatened foreclosure, forcing me to file bankruptcy twice in order to save my home. They want me to pay for all fees that htey have accumulated for attorneys, stamps, etc. I have my home currently on the market for saleand Fairbanks has been aware this since August of this year. My rep has been given the run around and Fairbanks is still umwilling to cooperate even after the settlement. I signed up to be part of the lawsuit against them. Seems to me they'd rather make you suffer, than to work with you. They even told me earlier this year, that they didn't want my money and if I sent it to them, they'd send it back. I doubt that they would have. Fairbanks, your unfair standards and practices are a rip off
