Catch 22 means you lose

I purchased a greed dot master card at a local grocery store to make paying my car note easier. Unfortunately they claim that they cannot process my card until they verify my identity. And fax them your drivers licence or social security card. And a utility bill that shows your current address. The thing is that i cant fax them a thing because their fax number does not work. And i cant contact their customer service because i dont have a card number. It gives you an option to give your card number or your social security number to look up your account. But when i give my social security it says it cannot find my information. I guess cause they cant verify its me until they recieve my fax. Oh wait it doesnt work. And there is NO way to speak to a representative until you give them your card number... See what i mean? I put my whole car payment there 350 dollars! And now my payment is late and racking up fees! I'm getting calls everyday from the finance company and i see no way to retrieve my money! They dont even give a physical address so i can go there in person! Stay away from green dot. They are thieves!
