I was refered to write a report on my cause here from the exchange redit program customer service. I am currently in Afganistand on a deployment with the Marine Corps in fight from afaganistand freedom i recived a letter from this company who i have a Military star card out with saying i have somne late payments, witch is undrstandable because i have been so busy with training for this deloyment and this deployment that i never recived a letter staing if i missed some payments i would be reported to the credit companies, lowing my credit.

I tryed talking to them and working something out so i paied 200 dollars for 7 months ahead for my monthy payment for my rest of my deployment. I am not a person to miss a payment on anything i was just unaware of what i had to pay or consqences of mot paying now that do know i already paied 7 mponths ahead. I would really apeciate if you guys could really do something i was refered to you by the company it self please get back to me thank you god bless
