Ripoff I haven't heard an update or received a payment yet

I was jipped by an employer when he closed the office down and was left with months of unpaid salary. I went to small claims court and won my judgment by default. He never showed. Once I won the judgment I needed a way to collect it, I sold it on consignment June or 2002 to Edebt Management and haven't heard an update or received a payment yet.

I orginally had a lady by the name of Paula J. Starns but she stopped working almost immediately after I signed under her. Then they gave me to this Andre guy who when I would call (at least once a month) and either get hung up on or have to leave a message because no matter what time of day he was conveniently out of in the office.

When I do leave a message he will call back and as soon as I answer transfer me to his voice mail. I finally got a hold of the President of the Company, Gordon Cranston. He said he'd find somethings out from the lawyers and then get back to me, that was well over a few months ago. I have left him messages as well. Can I go to court with this?
