They took $4800 of my hard earned money to help me with my taxes. Nothing was ever done. No info was sent to the IRS. I am still dealing with the IRS myself since they never call back

I paid Tax Care Pros to help me with my back taxes. I signed all the documents needed sent my paperwork for taxes in. Then tried to get in contact with whom was handlng my case.
I always spoke to Lissett who told me something would be done just send this. I advised her every time. Your company has all of my paperwork and necessary forms to complete my case.
Then I couldnt get in contact with them by any means possible. Phones just kept ringing, then I sent word through the website... No answer. Then I called back and the number was disconnected.
The 800 number the office number and the fax number. Now the Website is down. So these people lied through their teeth and took $4800 dollars from me. The worst part about it... They didnt even send me my paperwork back.
So I am really screwed, and have less then 30 days to do what they didnt do or the IRS is going to take everything that isnt nailed down. I'm on permanent disability. My funds are limited. I have MS and this is causing me stress I can't afford or I'll have an attack
