Not honoring company warranty

I Bought A Fresh Backjack I607 mobile phone (with 1Yr company guarantee) and within thirty days (seldom utilized), the mobile phone froze up. I called-up Samsung and exposed a work-order together and delivered the mobile phone per their directions. After 45 times I obtained the mobile phone back from their store plus a notice declaring the circuit-board is damaged and it's not protected under guarantee and they may do nothing about this. I named them up many times without any avail. This mobile phone is barely utilized and not fallen on the ground or water but still appears completely new with no simple damage. They actually ceased answering my calls and characters.

I'm stuck today having a low-operating telephone which may be the worst business actually.
