Over charged me 123.00 in over the limit fees nov and will not give it back

Ank of america customer service has charged me 123.00 in fees when i covered the items before they could charge me 123.00 in fees and it was before they told me too. Some of the items were not mine. I knew nothing about. 200 cash.com wrote one of thier checks and took 19.00 out of my account without my knowing of it. Now the bank keeps charging me every couple of days. It keeps going up and up. I live on disability and cannot afford all these charges. 200cash.com wont give a refund eitherit is non refunable even though i did not ask the place for anything. The banks just keep getting away with this. Beware bank of america is crooked on fees. Please help me with this.
