Money was taken out of my account and they refused to give a refund

When I signed up I thought all I was getting was infomation about the blogging site that would be sent to me in the mail. After viewing my check account they had withdrawn $74.97
I called the company and was told that the system was down and to call back after Thanksgiving and I would get my refund. The operator questioned me about if I had used the website and I told her no because I had not. I called back after Thanksgiving and was on hold for almost 40 minutes.
After getting through to the operator he told me that I was not eligilbe for a refund because I had waited over my 3 day trial to cancel. The 2.97 for signing up was deducted right away from my account. But they waited 5 days to deduct the amount of 74.97. This 74.97 will be deducted every month if you do not cancel.
I was expecting to get some type of material in the mail from the company, but was told by the operator that the 2.97 is a processing fee and they are sorry about that and are trying to make corrections (I don't believe that for a minute). So don't wait for anything to come in the mail. It took me 74.97 to learn a lesson. I won't get burned again. They gained 74.97 plus 2.97 from me don't let it happen to you!!
