I ordered what i thought was a $5.95 trial for the E cigarrete. Little did i know (not having read the fine print on their website) that if i didn't cancel within 14 days i would be charged $99.67 for the kit they sent plus automatically charged $79.62 plus $2.39 monthly until i cancelled. What a SCAM. I called first and had my account closed then the line went dead. I called back & the operator offered me back $40 plus a whitening gel (hilarious) initially after which i asked to speak to a manager. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes i was told there was no available manager to speak to me (shocking). The operator then told me she was 'authorized' to refund back $59.72 and i didn't have to 'go through the hassle of returning the product' as if she was doing me a favor. The refund should process in 5-7 business days along with a confirmation email being sent to me... I lost $120 assuming the refund applies - chalk it up to experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY located in Miami, Florida.
