Pivital Payments charged me, without providing a service

First off i would like to say do not use Pivital Payments for their credit/debit machine service.
I recently bought a business, the previous owner had a terminal from them, so i figured id do business with them since i already had their terminal.
After faxing and re-faxing the application (minor errors, didn't tell them id be swiping all the cards...), i was charged $130 to "apply" and was denied an account because i did not have a co-signer, in addition to this i told them i would find a different company to deal with, which resulted in a $500 "cancellation" charge.

To top all this off, anytime i called them there was always a 30-60 min wait before i got to talk to someone, then a 5-20 min wait while they found my account, each person repeating the same thing "there is nothing we can do"
if i asked for a manager, i was given a different excuse most times. Most common being there was never one in at the time and was told the would leave a message for them and that they would get back to me, which they never did.

Half the people i spoke to where rude (one even swore at me in french) only one guy was of any help and he worked for one of their outsourced companies (apparently 3 companies under the one name, one for terminal rentals, one for the financial part, and another something else)

In the end i was charged $630 to not get a debit machine from this company.
This is the equivalent of going into a restaurant paying for food and not getting any food
this company is a scam, their customer support is horrible.
I recommend you stay as far away from this company at all costs (their rates were not even that good compared to the competition)
