Their sales rep. Came and offered lower rate but it changed after couple months. I called in to ask about the change and was told that the rate might change. I asked them to cancel my account, and switched to another company. About year after another sales rep. Came from same company and made me talk to their vice president on the (if that was true) and he told me that he is going to fix the error that they had charged me in higher rate. They offered me the replace my terminal with the wireless one that I got from them before, and they put me in a lease with lower rate offer. He came in rush hour, ask me to sign a paper and told me that it is not a lease contract and it is just to bring the new wireless terminal. He didn't even leave me a copy of that paper. I asked him many times that I do not end up paying for two terminals and asked him to take the previous machine. He said he will have someone to call me to make arrangement for the first terminal. But, nobody called and nobody answered my calls and message that I sent via their web site. I also noticed that they already charged me for two terminal, and withdraw from my account. I finally reached someone and she directed me to USA office. When I explained what happened to the person who answered the phone, she told me that I signed a contract and I and it is my responsibility to pay fees. She said, If I want to cancel I will be charged $300. I cancelled same day, but the next month I noticed that they again charged me for two machine, and they charged me for $250 for two times and it only says adjustment. I have never used their terminal since I cancelled for long time ago but they were keep charging me and I didn't even understood what those activities for they charge from my account. I sent an e-mail, and they didn't even bother to answer and explain. I have place an complain to BBB, and Consumer Services and waiting for their response. This is totally insane and an organized scam.
