This company has ripped me off for over $20,000 and everything they told me was a lie Rip-off

After seeing this companies ad on T.V. I called the 1-800 number and soon recieved a sales packet in the mail. It came complete with a video cassett and cd. Shortly there after I was contacted by the companies Senior Territory Sales Manager Jay Maine. He described the "Companies" support system and how everything worked. I wrote a check for $20118.89 and waited for the terminal to be delivered. The company contract states that they have 45 days to deliver your Terminal or you can request a refund.

After almost 90 days my terminal had still not arrived. I requested the return of my investment in writing. I then called and spoke with Jeff Cooper Vice President of Pantheon in Miami (I have sense discovered this is not his real name it is an alias he uses) he informed me that I would recieve my terminal whether I now wanted it or not. He threatened me and hung up. So, falling back on my contract again for a second time I requested the return of my investment in writing. My request was never answered and when I called the company I was placed on hold, transfered to the mailroom, or the call would be dropped. After sending several more letters without response I called the Hotel where the terminal was to be delivered and spoke to the owner only to find that the owner of the Hotel (Kings Inn Jacksonville, Florida) never had an agreement with Pantheon concerning my Terminal even though I had a lease agreement through Pantheon with the owners name and address on it. Therefore, when I did receive my machine there was no location to place it and no support to install it.

So, basically everything they've sold me was a lie. Believe me without the support system the Terminal is useless. And without a location for the machine... Good luck finding one. The advertisement Pantheon says they'll sell to display on your terminal. That's a lie too. Once my check was cashed. They never called me again. I always had to contact them and then could only leave a message. Here are some more names of the Pantheon players: Alan Glaubman (Pres.), Jeff Cooper (Vice-Pres, alias), Sandy Gold (sales), Jay Maine (sales), Emily Soler (customer service). There are a host of smaller players but these are the maine characters in the scam.
