Overdraft Fees Taken Before Items Posted to Account

Myself and four co-workers have incurred the same situation. This bank will take overdraft fees on items that have not cleared in your account. They took 4 fees from my account one day before they actually posted to my account and then took out another 2 fees before the items actually posted. The same day, my paycheck was posted to the account.
