Excesive overdraft charges when there was money in the account

Bank of America will charge you overdraft fees when there is money in the account. I have the papers to prove it from thier own records! Then they keep on charging excessive overdraft cdharges from the overdrafts they created. When I contacted them about this, they told me that another charge had come in that had reserved the money, but would not show them to me. This was not the case at all, only thier excuse! They also ran a new account special offering $100 for a new account, that met certain qualifications. We opened the account, then when the time to put the $100 in the account, the told us the account did not qualify, of which it did! After having to prove to them that it did qualify, they finally did give us the money. If I hadn't fought with them, they would have ripped off that too! Stay away from bank of america or you will lose your money
