They took fees before they needed too memphis tennessee

Bank of america took overdraft fees from my account before the account went into overdraft. I still had enough money in the account to cover at least one of the charges. They told me that even though it was done before it cleared the bank and the money was taken out of the account by the merchant; they had they had the right to take overdraft fees out. That is the biggest bunch of crap. If there is money there to cover charges; how can they say it wasn't there? They are ripping people off! Get away from the bank. They will do it to you too!
