Misleading information

National maintenance company is my mortgage company.

I wanted and was approved for a change having a lower rate of interest.

I was never late on my funds.

National maintenance company documented me towards the 3 creidit reviews as late and just

Spending incomplete. It was not told to me rather than stated in new contract with lower payments that i closed.

The contract says to cover amount on date and that i did.
