Not forwarding payments to new mortgage co

The mortgage I had been with Ocwen offered the mortgage to ASC, who promises to possess you need to be servicing my mortgage for Select Maintenance Maintenance, Inc. The cash I delivered to ASC for my september mortgage hasn't been submitted to SPS and that I keep receiving late charges and damaging reviews on my credit. I settled the cash but ASC isn't delivering it to SPS. They'll not keep in touch with one another and today me the customer is seeking like I'm overdue on my funds after I have created all my funds promptly. I want help obtaining this strait if somebody understands how I would like to understand.
