Just Waiting to here From American Servicing Co. About request for Fixed Rate on Mortgage

I received a letter from my mortgage Co. American Servicing Co., December 10. To inform me that my Adjustable rate change date for my loan was January 1, with a new payment effective date of February 01. And that the next adjustment will occur in 6 months. I could hardly afford to pay the current loan monthly payment. American Servicing Co. Knew this because I filed a complaint over a year before I got this notice. They then informed me that I would receive a Fraud Packet in the mail, of which I never received. Their repersenitive that I talked to on the phone Dec. 17 2007 took all my information over the phone and said that they will get back to me about getting me the fixed rate that I needed. It is now Jan. 5 and I'm still waiting to here something. Anything? By the way the repersenitve that I talk to that day had a very nasty attidude, as if it was his own personal money. I then reminded him of my complaint in Aug. 2006 that I filed over the phone requesting the Fraud Packet. And he says very nastally that they had nothing to do with what happen with my refinance in 2005., that was between me and that other company. We'll I like to know why they offered me the Fruad Packet in Aug. 2006. And never sent it. W'ell I have a pretty good idea now. There Just waiting to Foreclose on my home. Amercian Servicing Company Losses I lose if they foreclose on my home. Why not just give me the fixed rate. After all I've been paying for two years now. Dawn
