Escrow Account - Insureance Payment

Bank of America was suppose to settled my Property Owners Insurance on 9/14/09; on 10/14/09 I received a notice from AAA declaring no cost have been obtained. BoA said they'd spot an end cost about the check on 10/15/09 and send a brand new check. On 10/27/09 I'd to cover my insurance using a charge card and BoA educated me that the halt cost hadn't been released however the check have been delivered to study also it might consider 10-15 times to be finished. And, they fixed me-up using their own insuance that will charge more. On 11/3/09 BoA was waiting for the funds to be deposited back into my Escrow account and a check would be sent to me. BoA might contact me by Friday, 11/6/09 to verify cost. Talked with BoA on 11/12/09 they're still awaiting the resources to become transferred also it might get 30-90 days before I'd get a check. No boss might keep in touch with me but still hasn't named me. Let us observe, check was released by BoA, ceased by BoA, plus they obtained the resources with-in twenty four hours however it requires 3 months to deliver in my experience.
