Stopped payment on a check

We obtained a telephone call out of this organization declaring that people owed a charge for preventing cost on the check. Our mom is 81 yrs old and impaired. She attempted to inform them that people had never ceased cost on any check. Then they confronted her when she did not spend their charge then she'd struggle to observe her family physician again since which was where the check was created to. I tried many times to get hold of the corporation with a number of different figures and may never reach anybody. I subsequently delivered them a notice detailing that people had never ceased cost on any check and obtained no reaction nevertheless when my mom visited a supermarket they declined her check as a result of this criticism.
