Ripoff never replaced defective matteress and box spring Wayne NJ

I purchased a serta matress and box spring about 10 years ago. I called up customer service and they sent a independent inspector to inspect the matteress. And he found them to be defective. The store manager decided to replace the matteress and box spring. He said it would take a few weeks I had asked him about the defective merchandise and he told me to throw it out. I gave it to a person in need and when the delivery driver came he would not deliver the matteress he needed the old one.
I called back the manager went to the store and talked to him in person and he's never made good on this matteress. So I am out close to $700.00 plus the cost of a new matteress and box spring. Needless to say they lost a custommer shame on this corporation.
