Rip off high intrest and bad cars

I'm 24 years old I have no credit so I went to Right Way for a car. I heard they helped people with bad credit so I thought "Hey what the heck" I found a Grand Am that I liked alot a 2002 with almost 115,000 miles. The man said $9,000 I said ok not bad. He didn't say their was a 25% intrest rate which will bring it to $13,009.92. So I'm like ok well I have to bring my credit up.
The next day I was leaving work at 11pm and my "Brand New"car wouldn't start!!! Thank God I got a jump. The next day I was going to my Uncle's so he could see what all needs to be done. The car starts over heating. So now I'm paying for a car that I cant drive. So I called them and they did come and get it but I really wanted my trade in back BUT they offer NO COOLING OFF PERIOD!!! Right now its tuesday I got the car on friday I wont get it back till Thursday so almost a whole week and no car to drive. Thank God for Grandmas!
