Purchased fresh airconditioners and funded over 20K with GE Cash. My partner and that I needed to each start a merchant account whilst the maximum was 15K. I created my first cost within the telephone since the online procedure was not available. Created the 2nd transaction via my banks online bill-pay and inadvertently changed the funds. Delivered my funds to my partners consideration and his to quarry which quit my bill by having an amount due. I came across the issue instantly and approached GE Cash to describe the mistake and also to obtain the sums attributed towards the proper balances. After 6 telephone calls, all encouraging to look after the issue, nothing was completed. Nowadays we named and requested to consult with a boss, again. The store concept mentioned that "the escalation division was experiencing large call volume." The escalation division? We were associated with a boss who informed us they'd not move the funds towards the proper balances and they did not have to repair my error. I simply had a need to spend the distinction which was due. When faced about all of the prior discussions with additional GE Income workers including supervisors. She mentioned there is nothing she might do. After I requested to consult with her boss, she declined. Customer's beware... GE Cash might care less about their clients.
