Dealing with CitiMortgage is a joke - THEY DO NOT CARE

CitiMortgage has the most incompetent people working for them or they just do not care. I believe it is both. I have been trying since April '09 to deal with them and here it is October 29th and still have not received a call from loss mitigation. I found out that my home is in foreclosure which is ok with me since I do not live in there any longer, because I did not trust them. Now I am receiving calls from the PMI people on top of all the calls from the collection dept (who loss mitigation told me to ignore). I just don't get it. You call them and then they tell you a different story each time you call on top of the rude behavior of the person. It is so nerve racking to deal with them. I had an ulcer behind this, even after I faxed them 4 cease and desist orders. They still have not stopped. I just want to do a deed in lieu of and be over with this. I have cried so much that my eyes hurt. I don't know what to do. My kids are seeing this and they are afraid for me.
