Unreliable bank, they sucks!

NEVER lender with Wells Fargo (particularly in Cerritos department) or make an effort to make an application for home loan since this lender can make you watch for nothing and refuse the mortgage one day before escrow closes. We have experienced so much tension with this specific lender. Personally, I never had any poor encounter with every other lender establishments before - Wells Fargo Bank may be the toughest and that I simply couldnot imagine why they could handle their customeris so unprofessional and couldnot take their problem. Lesson learned, don't trust your mortgage specialist as it pertains to running mortgage since regardless of how long they've been with this specific lender they nevertheless do not the things theyare performing and also youare only completely losing your own time. Additionally with this specific lender, when they refuse your mortgage THEY DON'T pay your mortgage program charge that will be $495.00.
