Misinformation on Mortgage monthly payment for refinancing

On April 24 I closed files for mortgage refinancing with Wells Fargo Bank (unique mortgage WFC) department at Monterey Park, California. I advised both Escrow, Inc. & Wells Fargo consultant that I thought that I'd to prevent my prior mortgage payment per month. They assured me this could be looked after at that time of the WFC mortgage closeout in the initial mortgage. This didn't happen & I had been provided misinformation by WFC team. On May 5 $989.09 bucks was put on my prior mortgage cost and stays unavailable for roughly 30 days (check problem & mailing). Wells Fargo team has constantly misrepresented info possibly although omission or manufacturing, whether, examining, CREDIT and mortgage balances in the last 7 weeks because the bill sign up.

Personally I think I'll be constantly be 'tricked' by WFC LENDER I my business transactions.
