I've a house mortgage with wells fargo, for over twelve months today they have been providing me the run-around to modify. I need aid since I actually donot wish to reduce my house. My sibling helps me with my mortgage but wells fargo stated their plan is that this, that my cousin needs to display evidence of occupancy if she's assisting me.in different terms they need a statement in my own siblings title with my house address. How silly. My credit has already been destroyed that will be what this lender wants. They imagine they're assisting homeowners but I'd consider that having a touch of salt.
