Ripoff, fradulant secret charges messed up our credit report risking our house

When Fairbanks Cap first took over our mortgage, I wrote 6 times asking for a payment book. No reply, then my Husband got hurt at work, that's when we had to file chapter 13 to keep Fairbanks from taking our home.
Well, we paid off that Chapter 13 in 02/03, and never missed a payment. So we tried to refinance our mortgage. That was when we found out about our credit report.

We got a copy of the report and Fairbanks had listed us as in foreclosure. I called, they said that we owed $915. For a "drive by". That means that when we filed Chapter 13, they thought that we would go under, so they drove by and took pictures, costs $915.

I told them that we paid off the chapter 13 and wanted them to remove that from our credit report and start reporting. They said put it in writing. They also said, they didn't believe that the powers that be would do it.
I am fighting to save my left leg, (diabetes), and to save my home. Ohio Attorney General was no help, neither was HUD. No one cares any more. You work hard, pay your bills and still end up loosing everything.
