We too have a loan transferred to Fairbanks Capital, and I stumbled onto this site on Weds. 7/2/03 and now I am scared. We are in a Chapter 13 to re-pay our back mortgage and I have called to get a payment book several times, only to be told they can't send me one due to the bankruptcy, we also have had alot of payments put into a suspense account!
Please let me know if once I pay off my chapter 13, do they have a habit of then foreclosing anyway, and if "yes", what can I do in the meantime to prevent this?
