Chapter 13 payment book refused and payments held in suspense

We too have a loan transferred to Fairbanks Capital, and I stumbled onto this site on Wednesday, 7/2/03, and now I am scared. We are in a Chapter 13 to repay our back mortgage. I have called several times to get a payment book, only to be told they can't send me one due to the bankruptcy. We have also had a lot of payments put into a suspense account!
Please let me know if, once I pay off my Chapter 13, they have a habit of foreclosing anyway. And if yes, what can I do in the meantime to prevent this?
