Business & Finance

A man named Robert J. Springwood called me to let me know that I had been approved for a Visa card with a 5,000 credit limit.By me being a college student I got real excited and was ready to get this new card. As I was giving him all of the information that he asked me for, I was wondering was this really legit so I called my mom to ask her, and she told me not to do it.

So as I clicked back over I was talking to a guy named John Williams at the Verification Office and I let him know that I had changed my mind and did not want the card. So he canceled my application. The next two days someone called me back and asked me did I change my mind and I said "No". Come to find out as I was checking my balance I soon found out that they had deducted $299.00 out of my account without my authorization. This made my account get overdrawn and I am being charged $90.00 for a drafting fee.

I left a three messages at the customer phone number that they gave me, and told them the situation that they had put me in and if they wouldn't put my $390.00 back into my account that I would take legal actions! So if there is anyway that you can help a struggling college student I would be so happy. Please contact me with any information that you have received on this subject.
