Somebody please stop these people! We need to join on a civilian lawsuit against ocwen federal bank! They are ruining our lives, its almost scarry to hear all the simular stories, forebearance plans, ridiculous charges, they want to steal your home

Ocwen federal bank has basically ruined our lives! My payment went from 642.00 to now $950.00 in 6 years, from all the unexplained false charges. There was a time we fell behind from medical reasons, we tried everything to get ocwen to work with us, yes, they will work with you and take advantage of your situation to get your home! They required me twice now to come up with a down payment of no less than $2,800 in thirty days and increase your payments $150.00 more a month.

Until this so called forebearnce plan is up to date, which it will never be. Because, if your a day late on your forebearance plan you will be kicked off it again and they immediately threaten foreclose proceedings. To get back on another plan, you must come up with this down payment again and your payment will then increase another $150.00 a month. They will continue to do this until you can't afford your payments or they will no longer put you on another plan and steal your home! Especially if your home is worth more than you owe... There's no mercy.

With my payments now $950.00 a month and with no grace period, i will probably be foreclosed on someday unless something is done with this company right away! Please if there are any attorneys out there that would be interested in these cases, please take action. It's not only me begging, please read all the simular reports! Its ruining my family, taking away from my kids, and devistating physically and mentally! If anyone else is willing to join an existing suit or create another suit against ocwen, please post on here on how we can set this up. I want so bad to give my email address on here but i better not for privacy reasons! Can someone legally advise us on here! Thanks
