I like anyone else have fell on hard times but you'd think that a bank would not be allowed by the banking regulation of louisiana be allowed to charge 23.9% on a auto loan for a used car @ 4 year and 11mths. There are either crooks in this bank or some is taking kick backs. When trying to refinance the loan at a lower rate you cannot speak to a person. This is very odd. Just as the the suit being filed against honda, toyota finance and other company for charging africian-americans over rated interest rates i think cresent city bank should be included. They are with out a doubt loan sharks.
