Bend over America Bank of America Continues to Rip Off Working Class Citizens

Bank of America continues to charge NSF fees on an account that never went negative. Bank of America continues these illegal practices in order to increase profits at the expense of the working people that support your bank!

This is a disgusting practice and by the looks of it there are many angered people that are sick and tired of sitting around while BoA continues to steal from the very people that keep you afloat! I will bless the day when it all comes to an end and the ones on top lose their pot of gold and are shown for what they really are, thieves and crooks! I have been with BofA for 9 years and have my mortgage there as well, but like many others I am taking my business elsewhere. "Wealthy customers" do not support BoA but us working class do. BoA takes charges out of an account according to amount (highest to lowest) and not in the order they were made in order to charge as many as 10 NSF charges a day! This in many cases causes multiple NSF fees that should not have been there to begin with, in this case my account did not go negative!!! So BoA DID NOT have to put up any money that wasn't mine!!! I hope BoA finds good use for my $35, maybe it will go to the Ken Lewis pension fund!

The above email was sent on 10/05/09 but the following has happened in the last 3 days. It is no longer $35 but $420 in fees have been charged to my checking account and there have been no new transactions since this was discovered on the 5th!

I have emailed the local branch manager in Raleigh NC James Ungar and he chose not to respond Monday or Tuesday and Wednesday he deleted my email without reading it. I have also emailed Brian. Moynihan with no response. I have filed complaints with the FTC, OCC and the SEIU but the bottom line is this. My children can't eat, I can't get gas, I can't let my paycheck be deposited in to this account because Bank Of America will steal what I have.

Those few that sit on top of the world making $800k and find a reason to shift the blame of this disgrace on those many of us that work for our family and count our pennies. BofA takes the bailout money that my children and grandchildren will have to continue to pay off but that isn't enough they also want my grocery money to add to BofA bottom line! Those in power to change things don't know what it is to live paycheck to paycheck and probably never will, but I pray that greed hasn't taken over the conscious of our Bank Executives and Political desiocion makers.

I have now been charged 3 more NSF charges today because of the negative balance brought on from BofA Fees, I am sure I will get 2 more because that is the daily allowance. I would have been $40 overdrawn $35 NSF total -$75 but now I am -$476.84 How can this continue? I know that Bend over America will not stop this injustice so I will dry my tears and find someone out there to listen and bring this craziness to the public and make it stop.

This will follow me as if I actually spent this money, but I will not deposit a dime in this account so that they can take it. I will however pay the $75 and part ways when these charges are cleared from this account.
