First Bankcard of Omaha raised my rates from 12.9 to 28.9 because I was LATE on one payment. Not a skipped payment, a LATE payment. I had always paid on time and I always paid way more than the minimum payment. I did call and was told there was nothing they could do about it. So much for being a good client. I am now on a mission to pay the balance off and cancel the card. And tell everyone that this company is HORRIBLE.
