Ripped off-illegal changes

I applied to consider Red Container was excellent, actually suggesting it to all my firiends and household. Which was till they billed me not when but TWICE for dvdis that I most defnitely delivered. This is the way they run:

-Hired DVD at shop, place in bank card

-delivered dvd following day

-8 weeks later Red Field billed me $25.44

-I named customer support, they claim used to donot return it (I DID!!!)

-Client service "pings" the kiosk and reduced and see the film is there.

-customer support claims they'll provide a credit but I might have to hold back 10-14 times

Round two:

-Redbox keeps attempting to cost my Pay-Pal bank card $25.44

-I contact plus they declare it's for another film I'venot delivered (I DID!!!)

-I-say "ping" the container and discover it

-this time around they state the container instantly checks results daily plus they can't ping the container

-I let them know about round one, they've no report of it

-additionally they state they've support specialists who examine stock weekly

-I State I want a credit plus they decline

-I keep in touch with the boss who basicaly d calls me a liar, but I actually do obtain a credit

Main point here... Don't use Red Package. It'll set you back if you should benot watching your web bank.
