Ripoff Posts Payments Late and Losses Payments to get Late Fees

From the time Card Service Center got my account they have taken at least nine days to post payments mailed on time. When caught they "lost" the payments. I made an earlier payment once and it processed so fast they claimed it would not count for the following month, and that I would be listed as deliquent if I didn't make another payment for that month.

Fortunately I was able to pay them off, but not without one last Rip Off! The last payment made was for $345. The payment was mailed on the 10th, Card Service Center claims they didn't get it until the 19th making it four days late. The interest charge is $11.42 on the $345, an annual rate of more than 40%.

This company buys the accounts of people who have a history of difficulty in paying on time, and making sure they never do again. This allows them to "legally" charge outragous interest rates and late fees. How many more of you are there out there. This was no "accident" this is a corporate planned Rip Off.
