Unauthorized charges

Horrible customer support, unauthorized costs, insufficient use of itemized statement. After I contact the payment division they inform me they don't have use of my statement. I registered for support which was 12.80/mo and got hit with $52 bill the very first 2 weeks. A lot of better options available!
