Ripoff

I signed up for Qwest DSL and found to my amazement that there is NO Customer Support. Unfortunately, they are the only DSL providers in my area.

I have been on the phone all evening, 6 hours, trying to get a hold of their technical department. It does not exist.

Before you sign up for DSL check your options. If you have any TAKE THEM!!! Do not sign up with Qwest.
