Richard Danley Accounting incompitant when audited

I employed Rich Danley for quite some time with no issues. I subsequently got audited and also the issues started. He'd submitted my company taxes incorrect. He got the company reduction off the private fees, that will be good so long as a particular type is submitted... Which he didn't file. I employed an accountant since I actually do nto understand what types have to be submitted. Easily did I'd do-it myself... Right??? Anyway, within the assembly he attempted to say this was our fault, then it had been the lawyers fault. The lawyer didn't like this demonstrated the accountant was to document it. He didn't react properly towards the government, he informed us he'd look after it and didn't. He allow the schedule go out. We believed he'd delivered the notice required and discovered he'd lied about this also. At this time we were in big trouble. The day had handed and we were responsible for the cash towards the melody of 10,000. All because he didn't document one-piece of document which even today hits my brain. 12 months before being audited my spouse choose to go into company having a companion who employed another company to complete the fees. Eager, I named him and questioned if he'd assist despite the fact that he didn't document the fees. He did. It got nearly annually to obtain it resolved. Because of another accountant used to do not need to pay for, though I'm spending money on his companies. Therefore main point here I'd to pay for another accountant to repair what Danley all messed up. I then found out when he'd submitted the shape whenever we first found him it'd have now been resoved, but rather he lied and stated he'd delivered this notice and didn't. It wasn't a notice that needed to be delivered it had been the shape he didn't document to start with.By him declining to complete something it nearly charge me 10,000. I browse the statement stating to see over your statement carefully before delivering it... But again I tell you, Thats whyI employed an expert to complete them!!!
