Accountant incompetant accounting led to IRS audit

Richard Danley has finalised my year end accounts for several years.in 2008 I was audited by the IRS because of several major mistakes in the returns Richard Danley completed for me.

The mistakes are not small -
He omitted the year end inventory of $35000.
Omiited my salary I was paid.
Claimed twice for depreciation of vehicles and fuel expenses incurred.
Failed to carry back a loss against a previous years profit.
He advised me that my company vehilcle was fine to be used and claimed for as a company car. It was not according to IRS and all expenses were transferred to me personnally by IRS.

After I was audited I had to pay some $10000 back to IRS in taxes and penalties all of which would have been avoided by a competant accountany who knew what the rules of accounting were.
