Paid them down payment, and said 2 to 3 years at firsst, then said 3 to 5 years after got the money, I PAID&$649.00, WANT MY money back

Was told when i aggred to this 2 to 3 years to pay off, when i paid the down payment, they told me 3 to 5 years to pay this off, so i cancelled, did not recieve any money in return,, how can they just rip your money off
