National Foreclosure Consulting Group This company assured me they could save my home.instead, they did nothing and stole $2700.00 from us!

This company was referred by a friend who was dealing with them. At that time he believed they were helping him and he contacted Joe Foti regarding our situation in July. Joe promised my friend and I that he would personally handle my case and do a free forensics analysis. We were in a very serious situation with a very short time to make arrangements to save our home. TNFCG guaranteed me they would get my loan modified and my interest rate / payments lowered if I gave them $2700.00 and all the necessary paperwork. I did!

The case was turned over to Mark Palmros who had me set up 3 payments over the phone so they could get started. Mark said they couldn't find some of the paperwork and I re-sent it. Shortly thereafter Mark could no longer be reached. Two days before my home was to be sold at auction I get a call from Jerry Tucker telling me Mark resigned and he needed to know when the deadline to handle my case was. They all knew it was September 3rd. Thus, the seriousness of the situation!

Chris Foti said he had no idea what was going on, the file was not given to him on time but he'd handle it. This was Sept 1st. On Sept 2nd at 6pm Chis said i should hire a bankruptcy attorney. Well, guess what... Since there was no time to file bankruptcy, my home was sold at auction!

Chris said he turned my file over to the refund department first thing in the morning on Sept 4th and i should hear back from them within 48 hours. We need our money back so we can move. Oh, and that friend who recommended these clowns is having major issues with them too.
